Payment Terms

Lesera items are to be paid for at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa) as well as debit cards. Orders can also be purchased via PayPal.

Coupons

For orders over $100 only (excluding shipping) cannot be combined with other discounts or promo codes, online orders only. Free shipping for orders over $100 within the continental U.S.

Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time unless prohibited by law. Coupons have no cash value, may not be reproduced, transferred or combined unless expressly stated, and may be cancelled where obtained or used through fraud, technical error or abuse.

Shipping

All orders will ship from our Lansdale Warehouse:

Orders of $100 or more will receive free shipping within the continental U.S.. This means the following states/territories are excluded from free shipping:

Alaska American Samoa Baker Island Guam Hawaii

Midway Atoll Northern Mariana Islands Palmyra Atoll Puerto Rico U.S. Virgin Islands

Orders below $100 will have the following shipping rate:

1. $25.00 flat rate for orders $0.01 to $50.00
2. $15.00 flat rate for orders $50.01 to $99.99

While we can and will ship to areas outside the continental U.S., we cannot offer free shipping on these orders. If an order is placed to be shipped outside the continental U.S., there will be an additional shipping charge for the order. We will run quotes through multiple carriers and select the most cost-effective option. If the freight quote is outstanding (i.e. greater than 50% of the cost of the product) we will contact the buyer before finalizing the order and allow the buyer to decide how they would like to proceed and we will follow accordingly. 

Ground orders are often shipped using UPS or FedEx. We do our very best to get ground orders out within 48 hours or less. Processing and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by order volume, seasonality, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside Lesera’s reasonable control. Typically, orders placed before 12:00PM EST will ship the same day. Standard Ground Orders will arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping address and season. 

For LTL (pallet) Shipments, we will ship with a freight carrier of our choice that offers the best value. Typically, LTL orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of the order being placed, subject to the same processing disclaimer in the ground orders section above. During peak seasons, such as Christmas and Spring, these times may be longer. Standard LTL Orders will arrive within 2-4 business days for locations on the East Coast and 5-7 business days for locations on the West Coast. These times may be affected during peak seasons.

Note, all transit and processing times are estimates and subject to carrier or general delays, we do not offer any guarantee on delivery dates. We ship out of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

International Shipping: While we DO offer international shipping to locations outside of the United States, we are NOT responsible for duties and taxes charged by your country. We request that with every international order, you include a freight forwarder and all associated information. This will ensure that your merchandise arrives to you with little to no issues. We ship out of Pennsylvania, USA.

 

Backorders

If an item is ordered that ends up being out-of-stock, you will be reimbursed in full for the unavailable item and the order will be cancelled. We will not ship backorders unless it is specifically requested by the customer.

 

Warranties

Most Lesera products come with a 30-Day Limited Warranty that begins once the item has been delivered. If an issue occurs within that 30-day period, the consumer must contact Zaer Ltd. Customer Service – either by email at [email protected] or by phone at 267.362.5666 – in order to address the issue. Most likely a photograph will be requested in order to view and document damages. If a product qualifies for coverage under this Limited Warranty, Lesera will determine the appropriate remedy, which may include, at Lesera’s option, repair, replacement, store credit, partial refund, or refund of the purchase price attributable to the affected product.

Note, the warranty excludes ordinary wear from use, damage from misuse, damage caused after delivery by the customer, failing to properly care for the item, severe acts of nature, failure to follow the instructions, and any items that have been modified from original form.

*Certain products that have been discontinued, are considered overstock, and/or arrived at the warehouse with manufacturing defects do NOT come with the standard 30-Day Warranty. These products will be clearly marked as not qualifying for returns, refunds, credits, and exchanges.

 

 

Claims

All claims for shortage, manufacturer defects, or damages must be filed within 7 days upon receipt of shipment. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm their order is correct. For LTL Shipments, do not allow the delivery driver to leave before verifying the number of cartons delivered against number of cartons on the bill of lading. Please, check your shipment right away. If you notice a discrepancy (ex. A box missing), please contact a Lesera rep ([email protected] or 267.362.5666) immediately. Do NOT contact the freight carrier. The account holder must contact the carrier and it could possibly cause more confusion and make getting the issue resolved more difficult. We have a very short period where we are able to file claims with the carrier, so time is of the essence.

We will likely request that a photograph(s) illustrating any and all damages accrued by either shipping or other means be emailed to [email protected]. Please, retain all original shipping carton(s) for inspection and allow two weeks for processing.

 

Returns

All returns must be pre-authorized by a Lesera rep. Please call customer service at: 267-362-5666 and/or email [email protected] with a brief message explaining the issue. Please include your Order Number, Item Number, Your Name, and Contact Info. If damages are present, a customer service rep will likely request a photo be sent clearly displaying the damages. If damages are thought to be caused by shipping, a claim will be submitted with the freight carrier. If upon delivery, your packages appear to be damaged we suggest you show the damages to the delivery driver so they can be documented with the carrier. Please note, continuing to use a damaged item will void any potential damage claim, resulting in standard return policy to apply. If an item arrives damaged it must be reported immediatley and can not be used and then sent back after you are done with it. Using a damaged items constitutes acceptance in its received condition. All returns must be in their original package. Nothing can be returned after 30 days from the shipping date. Refused deliveries are treated as standard returns of buyer’s remorse.

No items can be returned after 30 days from the shipping date. A 20% restocking charge plus shipping fee will be added for returns without significant manufacturer defects or returns not in their original packaging. Returns that have been used and/or are missing any of the original packaging may be charged a restocking fee up to 50% of the item cost. Returns that are sent back that do not match the original item shipped to you (i.e. an item that is not one of ours or not what was originally sent to you, is sent back as a return) are subject to a 100% restocking fee.

We employ the use of cookies. By using Lesera’s website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with Lesera’s privacy policy. Most of the modern-day interactive websites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit.

Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. Some of our affiliate / advertising partners may also use cookies.

Unless otherwise stated, Lesera and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Lesera.

All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from www.lesera.com for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from www.lesera.com.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from www.lesera.com.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from www.lesera.com.
• Redistribute content from Lesera (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).

We take pride in our designs. A lot of time, energy, and money goes into the creation of each design – so when we see our designs being manufactured/sold by another company, we are understandably upset.  Any entity suspected of this infraction will have their account banned and be unable to purchase merchandise while an investigation takes place. If we deem that there is sufficient evidence that intellectual property theft has occurred, legal action will be taken

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lesera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, loss of business, labor or installation costs, arising from the purchase, use, inability to use, return, delay, or delivery of any product.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lesera’s aggregate liability arising out of any product or order shall not exceed the amount actually paid to Lesera for the product giving rise to the claim.

 

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude Lesera’s liability for:

• death or personal injury to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded;

• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

• any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer:

1. are subject to the preceding paragraph; and
2. govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer or in relation to the subject matter of this disclaimer, including liabilities that arise in contract, tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.

To the extent that the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with the applicable product listing, order confirmation and any written terms expressly agreed to by Lesera, constitute the agreement governing the transaction.
